Next Challenge: Aconcagua – Tallest Mountain in South America

The next summit we are ready to take on is Aconcagua, the tallest mountain in South America and the second tallest of the Seven Summits, after Mount Everest. Our expedition is scheduled for December 2023. We are currently preparing the research, educational and outreach projects that we will be performing during this expedition. Since Aconcagua is 6,961 m (22,837 ft) tall, we will be training for most of this year to be as ready as possible, in terms of our mental and physical health, as well as our mountaineering and other needed skills.
